Diego was an amazing realtor, I met with a few people before talking to Diego but as soon as I talked to him we knew he was the right guy for the job. Diego was straight up with us from the start. He gave a realistic estimate of what the property would sell for, explained the strengths and weaknesses of our property and told me about his strategy.
Long story short, his strategy worked and I let him do his thing during negotiations once the offers rolled in. We got well over asking after just one open house, despite the fact that our neighbors who sold an identical property had to sit on the market for over a month and didn't even get their asking price.
I posted the exact same review on Zillow as well, just adding that to make sure nobody thinks this is a bot or something.

Diego was very detailed in explaining everything through what could’ve been a stressful process. But he helped make the process very smooth. I highly recommend Diego for his negotiation skills as well as just walking us through what could’ve been a difficult process.
